Store Policy
• Order Cancellation:
Cancellations are allowed without penalty but must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. If the order has already shipped, then unfortunately the request cannot be approved. Request can be submitted via email to LuxuriousScrubSetsandBeyond@gmail.com.
• Shipping:
We currently ship to the USA only. All orders are shipped via the United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service. Please double check all addresses for accuracy and notify us immediately of any issues. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify.
Please allow 3 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment, and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Please note that shipping can take up to 7 business days.
For lost or damaged packages, please follow up with the United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service. Once an item has been shipped we are the mercy of the shipping company.
• Refund and Returns:
All items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. However, we do ask that you please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or incorrect so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. At this time, we only offer exchanges for defective and/or incorrect items, and they must be unworn. Request must be submitted within 7 days of item delivery.

Upon receipt and inspection of retuned items, you will then be contacted with further details regarding issued exchange(s).
